Annual General Meeting 2010

The Annual General Meeting of the Ligurians in the World Association was held on Sunday 30 May 2010, at the premises of the Associazione Napoletana, Marion Street, Leichhardt.

The official proceedings began at 11:30 am with a good participation of members. In compliance with legal requirements, various reports were presented by the Association’s office bearers and approved by the assembly, after which the Committee elected in 2009 resigned, in order to allow for the election of a new Committee..

The newly-elected Committee for for the financial year 2010-2011 is made up as follows:

President:    Domenico Mansueto

Vice President:    Pino Marini

Secretary:    Andrea Agnelotti

Treasurer:    Rosa Mansueto

Members:

Connie Caprì, Luciano Ginori, Aldo Reggiani, Margherita Beringheli, Alma Vernola, Rudy Viglienzone, Filippo Zerbini, Andrea Galli.

All the necessary formalities having been completed, there followed a very tasty  three-course lunch prepared by the chefs of the Associazione Napoletana, that the Ligurians wish to thank for their continuing and welcoming hospitality.

The occasion provided a good opportunity to catch up with friends and to have a good time on the notes of some nostalgic Ligurian music.
